Drake puts in an Appearance at Pepperdine Basketball Game, Performs Hotline Bling Dance in the Audience

Views From the 6 is set to be released at any time now, although the release date has been a well kept secret. While Drake is waiting for the big moment the Canadian rapper has found other ways to spend his time. At a recent Pepperdine basketball game, a place where few would expect to see the most recognizable artist in hip hop today, spectators were surprised to see Drizzy in attendance. It turns out that Lamond Murray, one of the players on the team for the small California college, is a very good friend of Drake.

When asked about the friendship Drake responded by saying “One of the greatest people in my life plays for this team. Go Waves.” Pepperdine won with a final score of 81-76, and Murray managed to score a career high totaling 31 points and 10 rebounds. When Pepperdine won Drake was so happy that the rapper from Canada actually did his Hotline Bling dance right in the stands. When the game was over Drake stated that he would also be attending the Pepperdine home game this Saturday at the college.
