Amanda Bynes is finally making her way back into the spotlight, and this time around, she’s happier and healthier. After falling on tough times with her mental health and battling a drug addiction years back, the former Nickelodeon actress made her first public appearance in four years, where she addressed the infamous tweet proclaiming she wanted Drake to “murder” her vagina.
While sitting down for an interview with Hollyscoop, Bynes was asked about the lewd comments she previously made about the More Life rapper, and she revealed she was on drugs during that time.
“I actually wasn’t being insincere. I was, like, saying ‘Murder my vagina.’ I was serious, but I was also on drugs. So that was my way of saying, like, ‘Let’s do it, man!’ But I was, like, on drugs and trying to be hilarious,” Bynes told the host.
While the host laughs off the answer, both of them continue to share their admiration for Drake, with Bynes referring to him as “hot.” Bynes also goes on to confirm she is now three years sober.
For the rest of the lengthy interview, the actress-turned-fashion-designer also revealed she plans on getting back into acting, as she desires to hopefully do something in television soon. We know her concerned fans will be relieved to see the actress back in better spirits and in a healthy state of mind.

Drake and Tory Lanez ended their beef with an old fashion phone call a week before a picture of them together was seen for the first time ever.
Sources connected to the rappers tell TMZ … Drizzy and Tory ended their years-long beef after mutual friends got in their ears about the pettiness. The feud dates back to 2015 when Tory called out Drake for referring to their hometown, Toronto, as simply “The 6.”
Toronto’s area code is 416. So, yeah … totally petty.
We’re told the phone call was placed by one of Tory’s pals to one of Drake’s — the intermediaries then put both rappers on the horn. That ultimately led to the NYC meeting where they took the peace summit Instagram shot.
Both guys, we’re told, decided it was best to squash the mess out of mutual love for “the 6” Toronto.
As reported, Forbes‘s annual rankings for the top five wealthiest hip-hop artists have been officially released, and this year’s results make for quite the interesting reveal. According to Forbes, Drake is well on his way to catching up with Birdman‘s net worth.
According to Forbes‘s 2017 findings, Drake is currently worth a sweet $90 million, with this number meaning that he has surpassed the likes of fellow Young Money brother (and technically, his boss) Lil Wayne.
Drake currently is only a cool $20 million behind Birdman, who is reportedly now worth $110 million. Considering Wayne is currently attempting to sue the Cash Money boss for roughly half of his worth, it’d be interesting how the lawsuit (if it ever moves forward) affects Drake’s standing in comparison to Birdman’s.
With 2016’s VIEWS being the top-selling album of 2016, paired with his successful tour and slew of business endeavors, Drake remains at the top of his game.
Additionally, as reported, also at the top of the list is Diddy ($820M),Jay Z($810M) and Dr. Dre ($740M). It’s definitely going to be interesting to see who will become hip-hop’s first self-made billionaire, but in the meantime, there’s definitely a lot of money to be made for all.

A couple of weeks back Drake debuted a brand new OVO x Air Jordan collaboration in honor of his beloved University of Kentucky Wildcats and their head coach John Calipari.
Officially dubbed the “Calipari Pack,” this two-pair collection features both “Home” and “Away” Air Jordan 8 PEs, highlighted by Kentucky blue accents and OVO branding on the heel tab.
At the time, Drake simply captioned the photos on IG, “OVO Jordan 8 “CALIPARI PACK” 2017″ and it’s still unclear when (or if) they’ll release, but there is one way to get your hands on the exclusive kicks.
Drizzy recently shared a photo with all of his 36.2 million followers on his instagram and said the best caption wins a Calipari Pack.
It was a Young Money reunion as Nicki Minaj joined Drake onstage in Paris on Sunday (March 12).
The Queen of the Barbz wowed fans at the “Boy Meets World Tour” stop at AccorHotels Arena, donning a shimmering trench coat over a revealing latex bodysuit. Coming out to “No Frauds,” she thanked Drake’s audience for their support while sharing love for her Young Money sibling.
“You know I love you, right?” she said. “For supporting my brother Drizzy Drake, I love you even more. He means the world to me and I want you guys to know that.”
Then, Nicki appeared to throw shade at the 6 God’s rival and her ex boyfriend, Meek Mill, even referencing his Dreamchasers imprint. “I just want to beg you guys to chase your dreams,” she said. “Don’t let anyone or anything get in your motherfuckin’ way. You are important. And if a ni**a don’t know how to treat you, he gotta get the fuck out your motherfuckin’ way. Fellas, are y’all treating these ladies right?”
Coming on the heels of her breakup from Meek, Nicki performed “Only” and added some more perceived shots at her ex. “Ladies, if you’re making your own money and you don’t need a man for nothing, I want to hear you scream tonight,” she said.
After Nicki’s performance of “Truffle Butter,” Drake joined her with some praise, calling her “the great one,” and giving her a hug and a kiss.
“It’s been way too long since I’ve had one of these,” he told the crowd.
Nicki’s ongoing social media feud with Drake’s artist PARTYNEXTDOOR didn’t seem to affect this reunion. Over the weekend, Nicki blasted PND for insinuating that he ghostwrote “Regret in Your Tears.”
Recently, Nicki and Drake reunited on wax for “No Frauds,” Minaj’s Remy Ma response track. In the past, they’ve collaborated on a series of songs, including “Make Me Proud,” “Up All Night,” and “Moment 4 Life.”
Drake is continuing his Paris stay tonight and tomorrow. From there, he hits Cologne, London, Glasgow, and Amsterdam. In between, he’s set to drop More Life on March 18.
Drake has become infamous for his scarcity on the interview front but has used the platform in recent times to share with fans his thoughts on what’s being going on behind the scenes. The OVO captain’s latest chat with DJ Semtex on Saturday’s edition of OVO Sound Radio zeroed in on Kanye West’s onstage verbal attack last November, and their talk expanded into the Meek Mill beef and much more.
The interview, which took place last Monday (Feb. 13), opened with DJ Semtex reminding Drake of an interview the pair did years back that inspired the goodwill of the VIEWS artist to reach out and connect once more. The discussion ranged from Drake’s early rise and how Dr. Dre had him fax lyrics and join the Detox writing camp, getting paid $10,000, and eventually losing that deal because he blew off studio time to stunt with a girlfriend in Los Angeles.
“It was a huge life lesson for me and I still have that … Actually, when Dre came out at The Forum, I brought him the $10,000 [check][because] I had saved the actual hard copy of it, even though I got the money for it, they let me keep a copy of the [check],” Drake said.
Switching gears to West, Drake mentioned a miscommunication he had with the Chicago artist regarding the track “Pop Style” from the VIEWS album. The album version of the track had no features, but an earlier version of the song featured The Throne, the duo consisting of West and Jay Z.
Drake explained that Jay’s lack of a full verse and other miscommunications led to him finishing the song for the album without the guest spots.
“Yeah, I was dealing directly with Ye and that’s the version that he sent me and that was what we talked about and he was like ‘Man you know this is like ‘Pop Style’ featuring The Throne? This is huge,’ and I was excited obviously — anybody would be excited to see them link back up. And then I didn’t know what I was gonna hear. So when I heard Jay had two bars, I was like, alright it is what it is, it’s cool I like that, it’s a little intro and Kanye goes off. And then you know I’m not really sure the details between how that conversation was miscommunicated or what they were going through at that time, or what anybody felt towards me or whatever it was,” Drake said.
West ranted last year at varying intervals regarding music politics, which may have been alluding to the “Pop Style” omission. West also took shots at Drake and DJ Khaled’s dominance on radio, prompting a stern response from Drake, saying in the interview that he didn’t understand why the shot took place.
“I don’t know, I think everybody has their own little things going on, I’m not really sure what he’s referring to half the time, because in the same breath, I went from being … like working on a project with him, to him sorta publicly shitting on me and DJ Khaled for being on the radio too much,” said Drake.
Another highlight of the interview was the much-discussed Meek Mill clash and Drake didn’t bite his tongue about the Philadelphia rapper.
“You can ask me about a bunch of people in this interview and you can literally ask me what my problem is with them and I’ll tell you I don’t have one,” explained Drake.
He added, “When somebody makes a decision to say ‘Alright everybody’s supporting this guy, maybe I should be the guy to go against him,’ or they just have a series of events that gets them aggravated enough to do that, that’s what happens you know and unfortunately on display for the world, that was a terrible impulsive decision because you weren’t ready.”
Drake told Semtex that someone in the industry who is known for winning such verbal battles gave him advice to “finish this forever” but declined to say who it was. He said there’s no hate in his heart toward Meek, but he was out for revenge and felt that the rapper’s attack on his writing ability could have potentially ended the validity of his career. And while the relentless “Back To Back” truly signaled a win for Drake, he said the events took an emotional toll on him.
The Ballet strip club, owned by Toronto rapper Drake, provided a pop up show for celebrity guests on Super Bowl weekend. Jas Prince, Drizzy’s business partner, held a special round of auditions a month ago in order to recruit only the best of the best strippers for a pop up show by the Ballet strip club. The clients at the show on Super bowl weekend included celebrities such as 21 Savage, Gucci Mane, Lil Wayne, Jeezy, Wale, Migos, Diplo, and others. All Star players from the NFL in attendance included Von Miller as well as Odell Beckham Jr. The strippers performed for the guests, but Drake reminded people that his latest project is “not about no strip club shit.” Drizzy was not present at the show because the 6 God was still on tour with Young Thug in Europe.
More Life, the latest project that Drake is working on and the Views album follow up, has been generating a LOT of hype. Anyone who is an Aubrey Graham fan is waiting impatiently to hear Drizzy’s newest project. What is known so far about this Drake’s most mysterious project though?
1) Since the ‘More Life’ project announcement coincided with the release of the singles ‘Two Birds One Stone’, ‘Sneakin’ with 21 Savage, and ‘Fake Love’, and the artwork from the project is featured on the albums, it is a sure bet that these songs will be in ‘More Life’ .
2) ‘More Life’ could be released very soon, even this month or early March. When Drizzy performed in Amsterdam the Toronto rapper stated to fans “I know we got three more shows in Amsterdam right? But the best part about that is if you coming back to any more shows, More Life is going to be out, we can just do some whole new shit.” Since the next Amsterdam performance is scheduled for February 26 the project release date may be before this.
3) According to the 6 God himself ‘More Life’ will be a playlist rather than an album or mixtape. Since the Apple deal many expect the newest project to also be an exclusive for Apple Music.
4) A new track which features British MC Giggs will probably show up in the project since it was debuted during Drake’s Amsterdam show when the rapper made the announcement about ‘My Life’.
It is difficult to make any predictions about ‘My Life’. Will it have mass appeal similar to Views or will it be similar to ‘If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late’? The truth is somewhere in the middle, with tracks in the same pop and rap style as ‘Pop Style’ and ‘One Dance as well as those with a variety of other styles.
Nicki Minaj and Drake have ended the cold war that lasted more than 2 years.
Nicki posted a photo of herself and Drake Wednesday morning … with no caption, but we know what went down before they squashed the beef.
Our Young Money sources tell us Drake saw an ESPN segment on January 8 that featured Lil Wayne and Nicki. Drake immediately called label honcho Mack Maine, and said … “Why didn’t you tell me the family is back?”
Mack quickly set up a meeting for the full Young Money roster that turned into a peace summit. We’re told Drake hopped on a jet to Miami on January 12, and sat down with Nicki and Wayne. The photo she posted was taken during that meeting.
Remember … Drake and Nicki haven’t spoken since they recorded “Truffle Butter” in 2014. She purposely stayed on the sidelines during his beef with then bf Meek Mill. Nicki announced their split on Jan. 5 — one week later she was chopping it up with Drake, and we’re told everything’s cool between the labelmates now.
As Drake said, “I don’t wanna hear about this ever again. Not even when she tell him they’re better as friends.”
